3. How an enquiry is sent
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to a Google Sheet and an inbox controlled by the business (using Google Apps Script) so the team can contact you and follow up on your project. If that online saving fails, the form instead prepares a message and opens WhatsApp addressed to +91 87894 44791, and you must tap Send in WhatsApp yourself. Google and WhatsApp process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

4. Third-party services
